Any ideas? I want to take my 17 year old daughter to New Orleans on Saturday for a day of shopping. She loves vintage clothes and great prices!
Vintage Clothing Shops on MagazineI Googled “Magazine Street Shopping New Orleans”, found a website magazinestreet (add the .com), and clicked on the clothing link. Here are the ones who mention vintage clothing – I have no personal experience with any of them.

Thanks for your great tips. We had more fun on Magazine Street yesterday. Started out with lunch at Table One on the corner of Magazine at Washington. Very good shrimp and grits. Daughter had the best hamburger ever!! After lunch we walked a few blocks to several shops, especially liked Funky Monkey. Drove further down the street and discovered Buffalo Exchange which was great. Also fell in love with Feet First!
It was so exciting to see so much activity on Magazine Street. I did talk with several folks....one was from California who came with Katrina to do search and rescue. He feel in love with the City and is now building and selling houses. Another one was from Indiana who came down to help with neighborhood rebuilding. I found it very encouraging to see so many people out spending money!!
I hope that each of you will continue to tell your friends to come back to New Orleans and support its rebirth!
We just booked our second trip, (after the hurricane). While we are there to gamble, I love vintage shops, both for my daughter and myself. Great suggestions, I%26#39;ll print this page!
