Hilton Garden, Marriott Courtyard, or Inn on Bourbon?

I am planning a business (well, somewhat business) trip the week of Halloween. I need to stay under $170 for this trip and my options are:

Hilton Garden (Gravier)

Marriott Courtyard (100ish St. Charles)

Inn on Bourbon

I need a hotel that has a gym, valet parking and will put me withing walking distance of the FQ. Cleanliness is also extremely important. I appreciate that the Hilton Garden and Courtyard are predictable fare that I am used to. I am drawn to the Inn on Bourbon due to location. However, I wonder if the rooms (non-balcony) will seem dated compared to the other entries? But, the location seems to bring an enhanced safety factor as I will not be heading into the CBD in the middle of the night to get back to my hotel (particular concern with Hilton Garden).

I need help!

So, which hotel would you go with?

Thanks.

I have stayed at the Inn on Bourbon and the rooms didn%26#39;t seem %26#39;dated%26#39; to me...however, keep in mind that the hotel is old as is the French Quarter. Not quite sure what you are asking. The furniture in the room did not seem %26#39;dated%26#39;, it was very nice; the hotel itself was very nice, pool area very nice, etc...but it is an old historic building. I don%26#39;t know if the Inn on Bourbon has the other amenities that you want (gym and valet parking), you might want to check on that. If you want the best location for being right in the center of the action, definitely go for the Inn on Bourbon. If you want new and modern, you might want one of the other places, although I haven%26#39;t stayed at them and don%26#39;t know anything about them. The Inn on Bourbon was very clean and the location can%26#39;t be beat, it is one of the best in the Quarter.

Inn on Bourbon would be the best choice for you...Centrally located in the FQ...They do have a parking facility...Be aware that if you are on the Bourbon St side you will get very little sleep..that will be a fun week in the Big Easy.

I%26#39;m opting for the King bed interior, so I can get some sleep when I decide to give up the nightlife. I would LOVE the Bourbon king with a Bourbon balxony but am a light sleeper. My sis in law is a frequent NOLA visitor and chooses the Inn on Bourbon over anyother(except Royal Sonesta)

I agree with the Inn on Bourbon recommendation.
