Hey! I will be in New Orleans next Wed until Saturday. I would love to go dancing and have heard good stuff about rock and bowl. Has anyone been? How much for a cab from the french quarter?

I am guessing a cab from the FQ would be about $15. The Rock n Bowl is a very authentic New Orleans experience. Definately not a tourist trap. Thursday night is my favorite night, Zydeco night. There are tons of people dancing then. I have been there at least 4 times. You must go.

Nathan %26amp; the Zydeco Cha Chas will be at Rock N Bowl Thurs night. it will be the hands down best band in town. Don%26#39;t miss it.
We went to Rock n Bowl on zydeco night last May and had a wonderful time. Quite an experiance to be essentially at a loud music venue, lots of dancing and people are bowling 20 feet away, LOL. We tood a cab and and think it was roughly $15 each way from the FQ. Have a great time and let us know how it goes.
