Whirling Dervish.... is it still there?

I was just wondering if the Whirling Dervish bar o decatur was still there or not? I heard it was closed then saw on here someone said to go there so now im confused. Also i wanted to know f anyone had any thoughts on the Vampire theater tours by Lord Chaz took one with him years ago . I however have no idea where to get tickets or meet the tour or anything now his website seems to have not been updated in a few years.

The Whirling Dervish had a band listed as playing there this past Saturday night, so they are still open....a few months ago the bartender from there was interviewed because he had served drinks to Angelina Jolie and some of her friends.

Yah its open. I was there on Friday. Sorry no info on the Vampire tour.

According to the forums on his website, Lord Chaz resumed his tours in October, 2005, and there are current posts on the forums. I%26#39;d call to verify, though.

The tour will depart as before from 711 Bourbon Street - The Tricou House.

Tour length is 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Tickets are $20 per person, $10 for kids under 12. Kiids 5 %26amp; under are free when accompanied by an adult.
